We research patient coverage and filing requirements, and translate insurance company hieroglyphs. Benefit verification is an essential service for treatment planning.

If all goes well, after a long day of treating insurance patients… you’ll have a heap of claims to file. BOO. Of course, you could hire us instead, and we’ll make it disappear.

Followup (Claim Support)

The Story of Acubiller

Our story begins in 2010, when Eliza McBryde and Kim Knight stumble upon a mystery that will change the course of their lives. Kim has just been seriously burned by her biller, seeks a competent biller for her busy acupuncture practice, and can’t find one. TL;DR Eliza and Kim started a billing company.

Fueled by the trust, satisfaction, and word-of-mouth of our amazing clients, we grew from a grassroots operation into a thriving business. Our mission is to make you happy, get you paid, and let you focus on your patients.

Eliza McBryde is the owner, founder and Grand Poobah of Acubiller. When she’s not busy taming the wild insurance beasts, she can usually be found at home reading a good book, or traveling to exotic places like Cleveland.

Rebel Queen of Follow-Up, Allison rules her domain with a well-manicured fist, and is equal parts smart, sassy, and supernova. She enjoys writing, art, and raising her cats to be productive members of society.
